Monday, July 21, Williams College

We arrived at Williams for a 9am tour of the campus; very crowded admissions office, not surprising. It's on everyone's best colleges list.

We toured with Sam. She did a great job of giving us a real feel for the college, what it's like and why there is a 97%? retention rate...

What's not to like? Beautiful campus, state of the art facilities, tutorials with two students per teacher, great offerings, college president who tries to know every student's name and a seemingly very welcoming community...

Liked what we heard about flexibility in meal plans; all students live on campus, except a few who keep pets...

It poured rain halfway through the tour, but no one seemed to mind.

Sam was funny and tried to personalize her tour.
Hannah seemed to like her style and it felt like a wonderful place.

We opted not to stay for the information session to get over to the 91 corridor for the next visits.

Hannah has a cold and is feeling lousy, slept in the car.

This is not on the list, but Hannah is intrigued...

On to the next school...Amherst?
